Liquidity Sniper is a software and information tool. We provide charting, order-flow analytics, market data visualisation, pattern and order-flow detection, alerts, paper trading, and optional order-routing functionality that transmits instructions you configure to third-party exchanges.

We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, market-maker, money-services business, bank, custodian, investment adviser, financial adviser, commodity trading adviser, fund, or fiduciary. We do not hold, custody, control, or manage your funds or assets, and we never take custody of your cryptocurrency or fiat. All funds remain with you and/or the third-party exchange you connect. We do not manage accounts on a discretionary basis.

2. Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes, and nothing should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Signals, scores, detectors, patterns, heat-maps, indicators, strategies, back-tests, examples, educational content, and any other output are informational and illustrative only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision. You should obtain independent professional advice before trading. No fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship is created by your use of the Service.

3. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

• Trading cryptocurrencies, derivatives, futures, and other digital assets is extremely high risk and highly volatile. You may lose some, all, or (with leverage or margin) more than the capital you commit.
• Leverage and margin dramatically amplify both gains and losses and can result in rapid and total loss, forced liquidation, and negative balances.
• Markets can gap, halt, or become illiquid; orders may fill at prices materially different from those you expect (slippage), partially fill, or not fill at all.
• Digital-asset markets operate 24/7 and are subject to sudden, severe, and unpredictable movement.
• You alone decide whether, when, what, and how much to trade. Every order, position, strategy, parameter, bot configuration, and risk setting is your own decision and your sole responsibility.
• Past, hypothetical, simulated, and paper-trading performance is not indicative of and does not guarantee future results.

You accept full and exclusive responsibility for all of your trading activity and for any and all losses, liabilities, liquidations, missed opportunities, taxes, and costs arising from it, whether or not the Service, its data, its signals, or its automation were involved.

4. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 years old and of legal age to form a binding contract; (b) are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Service from any jurisdiction where use of the Service or trading of digital assets is unlawful; (c) are not subject to any sanctions and are not on any prohibited- or restricted-party list; and (d) will comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you, including licensing, reporting, and tax obligations. The Service is not offered where prohibited. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Accounts & security

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining your own devices, connectivity, and backups; we are not liable for losses caused by your equipment, network, or third-party software.

6. Exchange API keys and order routing

If you connect a third-party exchange via API keys, you authorise the Service to transmit the instructions you configure to that exchange on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the keys you provide, their permission scope (including whether you enable withdrawal or trading permissions), and their security. We recommend using the narrowest permissions necessary and never enabling withdrawal permissions. We store keys using encryption as described in the Privacy Policy; however, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure and we do not warrant absolute security. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, execution, pricing, downtime, liquidation engines, or policies of any exchange, and we are not liable for any order that is, or is not, executed by an exchange.

7. Automated trading, bots, strategies & signals

The Service may allow you to configure automated strategies, bots, alerts, and order routing that operate based on rules and parameters you select and that may act without further human intervention. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for selecting, configuring, testing, monitoring, enabling, and disabling any automation, and for all resulting orders and outcomes.
• Automated systems can and do fail, misfire, duplicate, delay, or execute unintended, erroneous, or mistimed orders due to software defects, data errors, latency, connectivity loss, exchange behaviour, market conditions, or other causes.
• Detection, signals, scores, and strategy logic are heuristic and may be wrong, incomplete, or based on delayed or inaccurate data. They are not predictions and carry no guarantee.
• You must independently monitor your positions and risk. You should not rely on the Service to close positions, honour stop-losses/take-profits, or protect you from loss, and you must maintain your own risk controls at the exchange.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from automated features, signals, detectors, strategies, alerts, or order routing, including erroneous, delayed, missed, duplicated, or unintended orders.

8. No guarantee of results, accuracy, or availability

We do not warrant that the Service, its data, signals, analytics, or content are accurate, complete, current, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable, and may be sourced from third parties. The Service may be modified, suspended, degraded, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee any profit, outcome, uptime, latency, execution, or result.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on and interoperates with third parties, including exchanges, data and price providers, payment processors, hosting, blockchains, and communication networks. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, security, fees, or actions. Your use of a third party is governed by that party's own terms. We are not liable for any loss arising from a third party, including outages, API changes, rate limits, incorrect data, slippage, liquidations, or downtime.

10. Fees, subscriptions & payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, plan limits, and features may change. Unless required by applicable law, payments — including cryptocurrency payments — are non-refundable, and subscriptions may be non-cancellable for the paid period. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible; you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or for market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering; (b) scrape, harvest, copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service, its data, analytics, or output; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or algorithms except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (d) circumvent access controls, entitlements, rate limits, or security; (e) interfere with or overload the Service; (f) resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent; or (g) use automated means to access the Service other than features we expressly provide. We may enforce these restrictions and pursue all available remedies.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, code, algorithms, models, detectors, designs, text, graphics, data compilations, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual- property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. All output and data are provided for your own use only and may not be redistributed. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The service, including all data, tools, signals, analytics, content, automation, and output, is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to the service or these terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will the company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to the company for the service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred united states dollars (usd $100).

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, suspected unlawful activity, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2–3, 8, 12–15, 17–20) will survive.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction
